Privacy Policy

Information you provide

Kan Exteriors LLC collects information you choose to provide when requesting an estimate or contacting us, including your name, phone number, email address, project ZIP code, requested services, property type, insurance-claim information, timeline and project description. Please do not submit payment details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information through the quote form.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare and coordinate estimates, discuss requested roofing and exterior services, schedule project-related communications and maintain business records. We may also use information to prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Submitting an estimate request does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers that support customer service and message delivery is permitted only to carry out those services. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except providers necessary to deliver the messaging service.

If you separately opt in to text messages from Kan Exteriors LLC, we use your mobile number and consent information for the messaging program you selected. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also call us for assistance or to request that we stop messaging you.

Service providers and legal disclosures

We may disclose information to providers that help us operate the website, manage inquiries and deliver communications, only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information. Mobile information and text-message consent remain subject to the restrictions above, including in connection with a business transfer.

Website technology and external services

The website and its hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver pages and protect the site. When present in the URL, campaign attribution parameters may accompany your quote request. Embedded maps, externally hosted fonts and linked websites may receive technical information when your browser connects to them. Their own privacy policies govern their services.

Your browser settings may allow you to restrict cookies or other website storage. Restricting these technologies may affect some website functions. We do not treat browsing this website or entering a phone number as permission to send promotional text messages.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed for the purposes described in this policy, business records and applicable legal requirements. To request access, a correction or deletion, or to ask about our information practices, contact us using the number below. We may need to verify your request and retain records when legally required. SMS opt-out requests apply to text messages and do not cancel an estimate request, project agreement or other service.

Security and children

No website, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not include sensitive information in an inquiry. Our services and messaging program are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can address it.

We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page. For privacy questions or requests, contact Kan Exteriors LLC in Topeka, Kansas at 785-367-9528.
